91福利社 joins Choose Ohio First Initiative- Choose Ohio First is an initiative promoted and administered by the Ohio Department of Higher Education to bolster support for the next generation of Ohio science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) scholars and industry leaders.
91福利社 co-sponsors donation drive for local Veterans- Each year, the Highland County Veterans Services sponsors a donation drive to provide stockings for local Veterans in assisted living and medical facilities.
Auditions for 91福利社 Theatre's "Firebringer, A New Stone Age Musical" will be January 12 and 13- 91福利社 Theatre will hold auditions for the spring production of "Firebringer," with music and lyrics by Meredith Stepien and Mark Swiderski, book by Matt Lang, Nick Lang, and Brian Holden, and arranged by Clark Baxtresser and Pierce Siebers.
91福利社 student, Kayla Bradshaw, selected as "Intel Semiconductor Scholarship for Women" recipient- 91福利社's Kayla Bradshaw has been selected as a recipient of the Intel Semiconductor Scholarship for Women.

91福利社 students inducted into PTK Honor Society- The membership of one of higher education's most recognized honor societies, Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), was enhanced by the induction of several new members at a November 16 ceremony held on 91福利社's Central Campus.
91福利社 Joins Collaboration for Advanced Manufacturing- 91福利社 has accepted the invitation to serve as a partner in the Ohio Semiconductor Collaboration Network (OSCN) to be part of a year-long professional development opportunity. 91福利社's participation will help to accelerate its advanced manufacturing presence in Ohio.
Study Abroad with 91福利社 in 2024- 91福利社, in partnership with EF Study Abroad, is offering current students as well as community members the opportunity to study abroad in the British Isles: England, Ireland, and Wales May 15-25, 2024. Reservations are currently being accepted until February 1, 2024.

91福利社 adds new classes to spring semester schedule- Included with the regular schedule of courses this spring, the College will be offering a set of brand-new classes as well as some "dusted off" classes that are being brought back after years on hiatus.

Sara M. Barrere Memorial Trust benefits many at 91福利社- 91福利社 Foundation has announced 54 students as recipients of the Sara M. Barrere Memorial Trust Scholarship for the 2023-24 academic year.
Thomas Browning Awarded Barrere Memorial Scholarship at 91福利社- The 91福利社 Foundation has announced Thomas Browning, of Franklin County, as a recipient of the Sara M. Barrere Memorial Scholarship for the 2023-24 academic year.
91福利社's Spring Semester begins January 8, 2024- 91福利社 offers associate degree programs in the areas of business, computer technology, engineering, education, human and social services, health sciences, and law enforcement, as well as one-year certificate programs in accounting, aviation: general, airframe and powerplant, medical assistant technology, phlebotomy, practical nursing, and real estate.
91福利社's Spring 2024 Online Scholarship Portal Is Open - Apply Today!- Applications are being accepted for Spring 2024 scholarship funding at 91福利社. Current students, as well as new students, can apply.
91福利社 Board of Trustees to meet October 25- The 91福利社 Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25 on 91福利社's Hillsboro Campus, Room 346, 100 Hobart Drive, Hillsboro. The board will enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the purchase or sale of property.
91福利社 to hold orientation for free GED preparation classes- The Adult Opportunity Center (AOC) at 91福利社 is offering fall orientations for new program enrollees in basic academic skills, GED preparation, and college readiness. These sessions will be held in November at various locations, which include Batavia, Georgetown, Greenfield, Hillsboro, Mount Orab, Washington C.H., West Union, and Wilmington.

91福利社 Joins College Completion Accelerator to Boost Student Outcomes and Completion Rates- 91福利社 has joined the Complete College Accelerator, an ambitious nationwide initiative to improve student success and close gaps in college access and completion.
91福利社's Peace Officer Training Academy earns 100% pass rate- The Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) at 91福利社 is pleased to announce that all cadets have passed the State Certified Exam, granting the program a 100% pass rate on the exam portion and a 100% pass rate on the physical fitness assessments.
91福利社's Certiport Pearson VUE Test Centers offer Industry-Standard Certifications and more for students, community members- 91福利社 understands that today's employers are looking for employees who are up-to-date with current technologies and industry-standard certifications. To help fulfill this need, the college currently operates two Certiport庐 Pearson VUE authorized Test Centers, one at the Central Campus in Hillsboro and one at the Brown County Campus in Mt. Orab.

91福利社 announces honors lists for the summer semester- 91福利社 has released its President's List and Dean's List for academic excellence for the Summer Semester 2022/23. To be eligible for the President's List, a student must maintain a 4.0 grade point average while carrying a specific number of academic credit hours. Those who achieve the Dean's List are full-time students who have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0.
91福利社's Police Academy Commander Presents at National Conference- Doug Daniels, Commander of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy at 91福利社 as well as a Special Deputy with the Highland County Sheriff's Office, recently presented at the National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) Annual Conference in Grand Rapids Michigan.
91福利社 Wraps up Patriot Palooza Campaign- 91福利社 recently joined forces with many local businesses across Adams, Brown, Clinton, Fayette, and Highland Counties to host a month-long outreach initiative called Patriot Palooza. The event brought awareness to the many programs and opportunities offered by the College as well as the start of Fall Semester, which begins on August 21.
91福利社 Awards Katie Bailey Memorial Scholarship to Katelynn Crichton- 91福利社 Foundation has announced Katelynn Crichton as the recipient of the Katie Bailey Memorial Scholarship for the 2023-24 academic year.

91福利社 announces newest graduate from Ohio Leadership Academy for Student Success- Meg Storrs, Administrative Assistant for 91福利社's Nursing Department, has graduated as a fellow of the newest class of the Ohio Leadership Academy for Student Success.
91福利社 Awards Dylan Phillip Wilson and Nathan Paeltz Memorial Scholarship to Drew Dotson and Audree Howell- The 91福利社 Foundation has announced Drew Dotson and Audree Howell as the recipients of the Dylan Phillip Wilson and Nathan Paeltz Memorial Scholarship for the 2023-2024 academic year.

91福利社's Adult Opportunity Center hosts recognition celebration for the Aspire and Graduation Alliance Programs- Area residents who passed the General Education Development (GED) test or completed the Adult High School Workforce Diploma Program were honored recently at the 34th annual Adult Opportunity Center's Recognition celebration at 91福利社's Central Campus in Hillsboro.

91福利社 Basic Peace Officers complete training- The cadets of 91福利社's Basic Peace Officer Training Academy were recognized at a special ceremony held on May 16 at the college's Central Campus in Hillsboro.

91福利社 awarded Collegiate Purple Star Award- The Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) Chancellor Randy Gardner has named the latest group of Ohio colleges and universities designated as Collegiate Purple Star campuses for their efforts to support students with military backgrounds. 91福利社 is part of that group.
91福利社's ADN program celebrates graduation- Forty-two graduates of 91福利社's Associate Degree Nursing Program were recognized during a May 4 pinning ceremony at the college's Central Campus in Hillsboro.

91福利社 Celebrates 47th Commencement Ceremony- 91福利社 recognized the graduating class of 2023 during its 47th annual commencement ceremony held Friday, May 5 in the College's Patriot Center.
91福利社 honors three employees who will receive SOCHE Excellence Awards- The Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE) has recognized three 91福利社 individuals who have demonstrated excellence in teaching, service, and scholarship. Those honored with the 2022-23 SOCHE Excellence Awards include Dr. Joshua Montgomery, Dr. Julianne Krebs, and Susan Morris.
New Police Academy begins in August at 91福利社. Sign up TODAY!- A new police academy will begin on August 21 at 91福利社 and registration is underway. The deadline for submitting applications is July 15.

Ohio Code Scholar Program Hosts Grant Imahara Coding Challenge at 91福利社- 91福利社's Ohio Code Scholar program is excited to host the Grant Imahara Coding Challenge event on May 5th, 2023, at the Central Campus in Hillsboro. The Ohio Code Scholar program includes several high schools throughout the region, with a mission to bring more coding and IT programs to high schools and grow options in those schools through projects, curriculum, and instructor credentialing.

Highland District Hospital Director of Nursing visits 91福利社- 91福利社 recently welcomed Cathy Faulconer, Director of Nursing at Highland District Hospital, to the Central Campus where she met with Associate Degree Nursing students who will be graduating in May.

Two 91福利社 Students Named Coca-Cola Academic Team Scholars- 91福利社 is pleased to announce that two current 91福利社 students have been named Coca-Cola Academic Team Scholars. As part of the 2023 Coca-Cola Academic Team, Robert (Alex) Bradshaw, of Martinsville in Clinton County, has been named a Silver Scholar and will receive a $1,250 scholarship. Peyton Magee, of Hillsboro in Highland County, has been named a Bronze Scholar and will receive a $1,000 scholarship.

91福利社's Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society to attend Annual convention in Columbus - 91福利社 Retired President to be honored- For more than 100 years, the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society has helped millions of high-achieving college students reach their full potential by providing opportunities to develop leadership skills, earn scholarships and explore career paths.
91福利社 Board of Trustees to meet February 27- The 91福利社 Board of Trustees' Long-Term Planning/Facilities Committee is scheduled to meet at 2:30 p.m. Monday, February 27 on 91福利社's Hillsboro Campus.

Hillsboro students visit 91福利社 to learn about Engineering Program- Nearly 100 students from Hillsboro City Schools visited 91福利社's Central Campus on January 26 to tour the engineering labs and classroom space, meet the professors, and more.
Fall Semester scholarship application opens on February 1 at 91福利社- Students enrolled, or planning to enroll, at 91福利社 for Fall Semester, which begins in August, can benefit from various financial resources to help offset the cost of a college education.
