Most students choosing a public college, such as 91福利社, will not be charged for tuition, required textbooks, or fees. Homeschool students, however, are responsible for their own textbooks. Responsibility for transportation rests with the student. Students choosing a private college may be charged by that college, depending on where the course is delivered.
